About Nikki Mark
Nikki Mark is a grief and healing advocate, speaker, and the founder of the TM23 Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families navigating loss and life-altering hardship. After experiencing the unimaginable loss of her son, Tommy, Nikki transformed her grief into a mission to help others find healing, resilience, and renewed purpose.
Through her work, Nikki guides individuals and families through the complex emotional landscape of grief, offering practical tools, compassionate support, and a framework for rebuilding life after loss. Her approach focuses on acknowledging grief while helping people reconnect with meaning, community, and hope.
As a mother and advocate, Nikki brings deep empathy and lived experience to everything she does. Her work emphasizes that healing is not about “moving on,” but about learning to carry love, loss, and life forward together.
Nikki is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal — reminding others that even in the darkest seasons, growth and purpose can still emerge.
